On February 27, 2018, P.V. Nano Cell Ltd. (the “Issuer”) issued a press release announcing that is has signed a significant supply agreement with a world leading printer manufacturer. Sales forecast for 2017 & 2018 is in excess of ~ US$700,000 under this contract. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
